Return Eligibility

  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn, in the same condition as received
    • In original packaging with all tags attached
    • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
  • Non-returnable items: Personal care products, used products, and discounted items (unless defective or damaged)

Return Process

  2. Provide order details, including order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, securely package the item for return shipping.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Refunds

  • We will notify you after inspecting the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
